At Zuri Designs Inc., your satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to love every purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we can help:

For Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that’s defective or not what you ordered, don’t worry! Simply reach out to us at support@zuri-inc.com. Please include a brief explanation of the issue and attach some photos to help us understand the problem better. We’ll take care of the rest and issue a return label at our expense to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

For Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem at all! We’d be happy to take the product back. Just send it back to us and we’ll  refund the full value of the product and any associated taxes that you paid (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving the return. We will only accept returns for change of mind if the product has not been opened, used, and is sent back to us in its original package.

With proper care, they will serve you reliably for years to come. Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by excessive bending, pulling, use of non-silicone-friendly mediums, or any other misuse.
