International Wholesale Terms and Conditions
We’re proud to work with creative retailers around the world who want to bring Zuri’s sculptural tools and artistic vision to their communities. Whether you're an established shop or just starting out, our international wholesale program is designed to offer flexibility, access, and support—no matter your size or location. This guide will walk you through how to order, what to expect, and how to get the best value for your region.
How to Register
As we launched a new website, all retailers—new and returning—must complete the Wholesale Registration Form that you can find on our website under the Wholesale tab.
To apply (or re-apply) for a wholesale account:
- Create a regular customer account by clicking on the little 👤 icon on the top right corner of the website’s home page screen. Accounts do no longer require a password to sign in. Instead, you will receive a one-time code by email that you need to input at registration/login.
- Fill out the Wholesale Application Form under the Wholesale Tab.
- Email a valid and current business registration to support@zuri-inc.com.
- Your regular customer account will be transformed into a wholesale account after all documents are reviewed and approved.
How Ordering Works
International retailers can choose to have their orders fulfilled either from our USA warehouse or directly from our factory, depending on your preferences and shipping needs.
Option 1: Order from Our USA Warehouse (via website)
Why order from the USA? Here are the most common reasons:
- You are looking for older designs that are not available at the factory.
- You are located in the UK, the UK territories, the eurozone or in Switzerland and you wish to order fewer than 10 units per design (please see more details further below).
- You wish to access new releases outside the release window (which is usually a month after manufacturing).
- You wish to order waxes, decoupage papers, transfers, stamps, clay etc.
International retailers can now place wholesale orders directly through our website—no need to email us your order. This update makes ordering faster and more flexible, especially for smaller restocks or time-sensitive items. Please note that this only applies if you wish to order from our USA Warehouse. Do not place a website order if you wish to order from the factory.
Here’s how it works:
- Browse the site and add the products you'd like to your cart.
- At checkout, you'll pay only for the items (not for shipping).
- After we pack and weigh your order, we’ll compare carriers and select the most cost-effective shipping option for your destination.
- We’ll then send you a separate invoice for the shipping fee via Authorize.net, our secure and encrypted payment platform.
This two-step process allows us to pass on the best available rate for your region.
Wholesale pricing for website orders: Enjoy 40% off USA retail prices (RRP), with a minimum order of $300 and at least 5 units per design. Use coupon code 40WInt at checkout. Please note that the code will not work until you complete the wholesale registration form and are approved.
Option 2: Order Directly from Our Factory (via email)
Why order from the factory? Here are the most common reasons:
- You wish to get early access to new releases (for that you will have to subscribe to this option by email sent to support@zuri-inc.com).
- Your country’s RRP is identical to USA’s RRP and the shipping costs from the factory are cheaper than when ordered from the USA; and
- You are not interested in ordering products that are solely stocked in the USA.
To order from our factory, simply email your order to support@zuri-inc.com. We’ll confirm availability, pack your order, calculate shipping, and send you a complete invoice with payment instructions. Once payment is received, your order will ship directly from the factory.
Minimum wholesale order: 5 units per design
Wholesale factory pricing:
· 5–9 units per design: 45% off your country’s RRP (not the USA RRP)
· 10+ units per design: 50% off your country’s RRP (not the USA RRP)
Shipping & Tracking
USA orders:
✔ Fully trackable from dispatch to delivery
✔ Shipping is invoiced separately based on actual weight
✔ Often faster to destinations like Canada, UK, or Europe
Factory orders:
✔ Tracking begins when the label is created
✔ No movement is recorded until the shipment clears customs in your country
✔ After clearance, tracking typically resumes on your local carrier’s website
✔ We’ll also provide estimated delivery windows and are happy to request updates for you

If you're ordering fewer than 10 units per design, buying from the USA can often result in a lower per-unit cost than factory ordering—even after shipping costs are factored in. This is due to favorable exchange rates and the structure of our U.S.-based pricing. Early Access to New Designs
New product launches are always stocked at the factory first. They remain there only for a short time after production – until all international retailers who signed up for advanced notices (see further below) have placed their orders. Subsequently, all remaining inventory is transferred to the USA.

Be featured as an Official Zuri Retailer
Once your first order is complete, you're welcome to request inclusion on our official retailer list. To be featured on our website under the Shop Global tab, please email us at support@zuri-inc.com:

· A high-resolution logo (png or jpeg)
