Description
Peacocks are among the most fascinating and beautiful creatures on earth, but there are so many things that we fail to realize about these breathtaking birds. The word “peacock” does not actually apply to both the male and female birds. It’s only the males that are called peacocks (that makes sense, right?), while the females are called peahens. Together, the collective name for them is “peafowl”. Male birds will have a minimum of two and can comfortably have as many as five female partners. A group of peafowl is known as a harem. Go figure!
The ‘Peacock Splendor’ mold can be used with clay or resin, as well as with food decoration mediums such as chocolate or fondant. When using resin with this mold, we recommend that you apply a release agent first, for example a thin layer of cooking oil spray. When using polymer or air-dry clay with this mold, we recommend that you apply a fine layer of cornstarch, talcum powder or water on the mold before filling it with clay.

This hands down is one of the most beautiful molds in the Zuri line. The grace and beauty comes out with intricate details that make my heart sing every time I start working with a casting. Lovely, lovely, lovely.
