Dear Retailers,
We are delighted to announce the reinstatement on a permanent basis of our wholesale program, effective July 1st, 2024. While this six-month pause in the program may have been inconvenient for our retailers, it was essential for us to redirect our focus and resources towards boosting brand awareness in the United States. As a result, you can expect significantly increased customer interest in Zuri Designs products, leading to better sales and higher profits for all our retailers.
WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Proof of active business:
Existing Florida retailers, please send us a valid 2024 Certificate of Resale, in order to receive a refund on sale taxes upon processing your order.
Existing retailers located outside of Florida are kindly requested to update us via email on their business registration status before placing their first order, by way of sending us current proof of business registration. This helps ensure smooth processing; failure to do so may result in delays.
New retailers are required to contact us by email sent to support@zuri-inc.com and provide copies of their current business registration and certificate of resale. You will not be able to place a wholesale order prior to verification.
All retailers, please note that business EIN notices issued by the IRS are not accepted as proof of active business. A business registration issued by your State and/or a Certificate of Resale (where applicable) is required.
Wholesale pricing:
As some of you may recall, our previous wholesale program offered all retailers a 40% discount on the recommended retail price (RRP). Additionally, those who reached $50,000 in purchases during the calendar year received an extra 10% discount for the rest of the year. This time, we’re revamping our discount system to ensure that more small retailers can enjoy improved discounts.
We have instituted a 3-tier pricing as follows:
· All orders between $500 (which is the minimum allowed) and $2,499.99 will receive a 40% discount on the RRP. Coupon code to be used: 40wholesale. Retailers’ estimated profit: between $8-$15 per mold.
· All orders between $2,500 and $4,999.99 will benefit from a 45% discount. Coupon code to be used: 45wholesale. Retailers’ estimated profit: between $10-$17 per mold.
· All orders of $5,000 or more will receive a 50% discount. Coupon code to be used: 50wholesale. Retailers’ estimated profit: between $12-$19 per mold.
From time to time, we will also offer retailers selected high-stock products at a discounted rate to further boost your savings.
Wholesale method:
In the past, we have experienced technical difficulties with the Wholesale plugin on our website. In order to minimize further issues, we have decided to replace the wholesale plugin with the above coupon codes designed for your cart conditions.
If you encounter any issues while placing your order, please contact us via email sent to support@zuri-inc.com. As we are still adjusting to handling large orders with coupons, we will promptly address any unforeseen problems to ensure a smooth resolution.
Minimum order requirements:
Each wholesale order is subject to a minimum requirement of 5 or more products/design and a cart subtotal minimum of $500. While the implementation of coupons in lieu of the wholesale plugin does not prevent you from adding less than 5 products/design to cart, please note we will check orders for compliance with the terms and conditions before processing.
The wholesale program is designed to provide retailers with lower prices and substantial returns on their purchases. By offering you these benefits, we reduce our profits and, in turn, expect consistent engagement from you. To maintain your wholesale customer status, we require that all retailers purchase at least $5,000 worth of products per calendar year. Keep in mind that, thanks to our profit margin opportunities, spending $5,000 can yield an estimated profit of at least $2,000 at the lowest discount rate.
Price matching policy:
We will maintain our existing price matching policy. All retailers must match or exceed Zuri Designs’ prices and are not permitted to sell at lower rates. Retailers who violate this policy may lose their wholesale privileges. If you find it difficult to sell a particular product and wish to offer a discount, please contact us to discuss the matter. We will review each request individually, ensuring that our decision does not negatively impact other retailers.
Shipping:
As an added benefit, we are capping shipping costs for all wholesale customers at $50. If the actual shipping cost is less than $50, we will invoice you the lower amount. Please note, we do not offer free shipping to wholesale customers. While you won’t need to pay for shipping when placing your order on our website, we will invoice you for the shipping charges (capped at $50) once your order is processed and before it is dispatched.
Logging in:
You will still need to log into your wholesale customer account to place the order, otherwise your coupon will not work. If you have forgotten your wholesale login credentials, please email us and we will send you a password reset link.
New retailers will need to reach out to us by email to have their Zuri Designs account converted to Wholesale before they can use coupons to place their orders.
Promotions:
As we relaunch our wholesale program, all sales and promotions offered by Zuri Designs on our website and channels will be discussed with retailers in advance to coordinate our marketing efforts for mutual benefit.
