IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

Dear Retailers,
Thank you so much for your interest in selling our products. Currently, we only offer wholesale opportunities to retailers in the USA and Canada, or to retailers who have a delivery address in the United States. We do not ship wholesale orders outside the USA and Canada. Canadian wholesalers orders ship from Ontario at domestic prices.
1. How to open a wholesale account:
To open an account with us, please fill out the registration form that you can find HERE and email us a copy of your resale certificate to support@zuri-inc.com. We will not approve registrations until we receive a copy of your resale certificate.
2. Minimum Order Quantities:
During the Covid-19 crisis we have set the MOQ at 5 pieces/design and a minimum of 35 pieces per order, but these volume requirements will increase when the crisis is over. MOQ for wax pastes is 15. Currently, in order to keep your account open, you must maintain a cumulative total order of 200 pieces/6 months. We will review your account twice a year to determine continued eligibility for a trade account.
3. Placing a wholesale order:
For your convenience, we have automated the ordering process. Once you have registered on our website as a reseller and we approve your account, you will be able to immediate place your order HERE.  All orders must be paid in full at the time of shipping. We will ship to you from our US warehouse, subject to stock availability.
4. Returns:
Returns are accepted only if the products arrived damaged. Such scenario is highly unlikely, but if that were to happen we will take care of it, subject to supporting evidence being provided to us immediately upon reception of goods.
5. Wholesale prices:
Effective immediately, our wholesale prices will be 60% of the RRP. This is an increase in cost for some established wholesale account holders, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the extended Covid-19 crisis, manufacturing and international shipping costs have significantly increased, making it unsustainable for our company to offer the original discount and at the same time to maintain the existing RRP for our retail customers’ benefit. We apologize for this inconvenience.
6. Important information about shipping:
All wholesale customers are required to pay for shipping. The shipping cost is NOT included in your online order. Once we get your order ready for shipping, we will invoice you for the shipping cost. Unless otherwise agreed on a case-by-case basis, payments for the shipping cost must be made through our secure payment portal Authorize.net. You will be able to complete the payment when you receive the shipping invoice. Please note that at times the invoice email may land in the Spam folder.
7. Recommended Retail Price:
USA sellers must agree not to sell below the RRP, unless we also offer a discounted price on our own website. From our experience, retailers will have no issues selling to customers at the RRP rate, as the products are very popular and reasonably priced, considering their quality and intricate design. USA sellers that do not respect this requirement will have their wholesale privileges cancelled.
