Wholesale Terms and Conditions

As of January 1st, 2024, we do no longer offer wholesale opportunities in the USA. If your business is located outside the USA and you wish to resell Zuri products, please reach out to us by email sent to support@zuri-inc.com
1. How to open a wholesale account:
To open an account with us, please email us a copy of your business registration paperwork to support@zuri-inc.com, as well as your contact details.
2. Placing wholesale orders: 
Once approved to become a Zuri retailer, you will be able to place an order by email. Orders will be processed in the order they are received. When your order has been processed, we will invoice you via our secure payment platform Authorize.net. You will be able to pay without sharing your payment information with us. `
3. Shipping: 
New products will always ship directly from the factory, in order to maximize your savings. Older designs may not always be available at the factory, but we will work with you to fulfil your order from our USA warehouse. We are pleased to announce that recent changes introduced by our carriers have made international shipping from the USA more affordable. Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss the best shipping options that are available to you.
4. Returns:
Returns are accepted only if the products arrived damaged. Such scenario is highly unlikely, but if that were to happen we will take care of it, subject to supporting evidence being provided to us immediately upon reception of goods.
